These three doshas are responsible for glood health when in equilibrium and create disease when this equlibrum is disturbed. Snehan – (Oleation)  - The process by means of which oiliness, subtleness is created in the body is called senhan. In the conditions like paralysis, arthritis, vatrog, alcoholism, Oligospermia, Insomnia, gynaecologcal complaints, urinary stone,  pregnancy, sterility, snehan give very good results.

Swedan – Process of sweating – Body’s waste procducts are removed via sweat. For this purpose Steam-Box, Nadiyantra etc. are used. Disease having vat-kapha origine, chromic rhinitis – cough, asthma, spondylosis, arthritis, urinary calculus, hemiplegias – paraplegias, swatica, rigidity in the body – these are some symptoms in which suedan proves to be very effective.
